Can I walk into your store and make a purchase?
We are a fully online based balloon boutique. All orders must be placed through our website and our address is only
for pick up. We do not have a retail store with the products on display.
However, we understand that for large orders and balloon installations you would prefer to see and touch the various
colours and balloons. Therefore, you are welcome to make an appointment and visit our home based studio in Colombo 5.
Please give us a call if you would like to visit us.
How do I change my delivery date or time?
Please call or whatsapp us on 0762246746 at-least 24 hours in advance. Any requests made under 24 hours is
unlikely to be accommodated if your order has been prepared.
Why is the delivery charge high for inflated balloons?
Our helium balloons are sent out to you at the particular time and date chosen in a car/van. You are most welcome
to pick up your order from our home based studio and we recommend doing so for a small number of balloons,
as our standard charges accounts for up to 40 helium balloons.
Collections are by appointments only.
