Delivery Information
Inflated Balloon Delivery - Colombo and Suburbs
- Below is a list of locations Twinkles & Tassels delivers to. If you'd like for our balloons delivered to a suburb not
mentioned below please contact us directly for the additional charge.
- Charges vary from LKR 450 - 1300 depending on the location for a maximum of 50 standard size helium balloons or equivalent.
- A surcharge will be applicable for orders exceeding 50 standard size balloons.

- The rates mentioned apply for deliveries between 9am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Deliveries past the cut off time will be applicable for a surcharge depending on availability.
- Deliveries are made within a two hour time slot.
- The customer must be present at the given location to accept the balloons during the given time slot chosen.
- Our delivery partner will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes to hand over the balloons.
- In the case of a re-delivery, error in the given address or change of location, charges will be incurred.
- The customer is required to give a phone number that is reachable during the time of delivery.
- The rates do not include set up.
- If you require set up, please get in touch with us to check availability and charges.
- For deliveries to restaurants and hotels, you are required to meet our delivery person at the entrance to receive your balloons.
- For a small number of inflated balloons we recommend picking them up from our home based studio in Colombo 5.
- For same day delivery please get in touch with us to check availability.
Flat packed balloons and Party Decor
- Islandwide delivery is available for our foil range balloons shipped flat in the package.
A courier charge of 350/ will be applicable.
- Estimated delivery time: 4-5 working days from Monday to Friday after we have received your order and payment.
Local Pick Up
- Local pick up is available by appointment between 9am and 7pm from Monday to Saturday.
- Please leave a note at the time of check out specifying the date and time of pick up.
Twinkles & Tassels is an online balloon boutique and not a physical retail shop.
