All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice. 


To place an order simply choose the products you would like to purchase and add it to your shopping cart.
Once you have browsed the website and added all the products you wish to order you can then proceed
to our check out area.

If you have registered with us previously you will be asked to log in. If not you can either create an account
with us or proceed as a guest. All orders made on our website will be confirmed by email. 

The initial email sent out acknowledges your order with us, it is not a confirmation nor legally binding.

The order between Twinkles & Tassels and you, the customer, is accepted and confirmed once the
payment has been made and stock allocated. We reserve the right to decline your order if we are
unable to fulfil the order for any given reason. In this instance or for any delays in delivery or
alterations to the order, we would contact you via email or telephone. 


Payment is accepted via bank transfer/ deposit. Once the order is completed on our website, our
bank details will follow.

The payment must be made within 24 hours once the order has been complete. 
Once we receive your payment the order will be confirmed and dispatched. 
Payment at the time of pick up is available for orders below Rs. 3000/ only and subject to our discretion.

Cancellation or changes to an order must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the time of pick up/ delivery
for helium/ inflated balloons. In the event of a cancellation a credit note will be offered for a period of 3 months. 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds 

Helium balloons - Exchange and returns are not accepted for helium balloons once handed over to the customer.
Twinkles & Tassels will not be responsible for any popping/ deflation of the balloons once handed over.

The customer is responsible to check the balloons prior to accepting it and ensure they are stored under good
conditions to avoid popping or deflation. 

Our balloons are inflated and checked thoroughly for any defects prior to its dispatch.
In the event of a pop/ deflation for a reasons beyond our control during delivery handled by us,
a refund will be made for the same. A replacement in most cases may not be possible at this
point while in transit. 

Flat balloons in the package - returns are accepted within 7 days for unused items, applicable only if
the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective items, etc.). We would be happy to offer a refund,
credit note or exchange (less courier charge). The items must be handed over to our address in Colombo 5.

When registering for an account or at the time of check out you are required to provide your personal information.
This information will allow us to effectively process your order and manage your account.
