Due to the nature of our products and services, we typically do not offer refunds once the balloons have been delivered or collected. Refunds on Balloon Orders

  • Non-Refundable Items: Once the balloon order has been delivered or picked up by the customer, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to deflation or popping of balloons after delivery.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: If there is a proven defect or issue with the balloons caused during our handling or delivery process, and the problem is reported before the balloons are handed over, we may consider offering a refund.

Refund Process

In the event Twinkles & Tassels decides to issue a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds, if approved, will be issued within a certain number of days, depending on the policies of your payment provider.
