By accessing and using this website, you agree to all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. Please read through these terms of service and delivery conditions prior to using our website. Twinkles & Tassels reserves the right to update, change, or replace these terms by notifying customers and updating the website accordingly. Please note that images on the website may be subject to slight variations in color due to brightness and editing.

3. Products and Services

Twinkles & Tassels provides balloon decorations and related services. While we strive to display accurate descriptions of our products and services, the actual products may vary slightly due to availability or design variations.

• Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Custom Orders: For custom orders, we will do our best to meet your specifications; however, there may be slight variations in colors, designs, or materials based on availability.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Ordering

To place an order, simply choose the products you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have added all the products you wish to order, you can then proceed to the checkout area.

If you have registered with us previously, you will be asked to log in. If not, you can either create an account with us or proceed as a guest. All orders made on our website will be confirmed by email.

The initial email sent out acknowledges your order with us, but it is not a confirmation nor legally binding. The order is accepted and confirmed once payment has been made and stock allocated. Twinkles & Tassels reserves the right to decline your order if we are unable to fulfill it for any reason. In such cases or for any delays or alterations to the order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

5. Payment

We accept payments via bank transfer, deposit, and credit/debit card through the PayHere payment gateway for your convenience. Once your order is completed on our website, payment instructions will be provided.

• Bank Transfer/Deposit: Payment must be made within 24 hours after placing the order. Once we receive your payment, the order will be confirmed and dispatched.
• Credit/Debit Card (via PayHere): Payments can be made instantly through our secure PayHere payment gateway. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
• Payment at the time of pick-up is available for orders below Rs. 3,000/- only and is subject to our discretion.

6. Delivery and Self Pick-Up

7. Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to an order must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the time of pick-up or delivery for helium-inflated balloons. In the event of a cancellation, a credit note will be issued for a period of 3 months.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Helium Balloons: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for helium balloons once handed over to the customer. Twinkles & Tassels will not be responsible for any popping or deflation of the balloons once they have been handed over. The customer is responsible for checking the balloons prior to accepting them and ensuring they are stored under appropriate conditions to avoid popping or deflation. Our balloons are inflated and thoroughly checked for any defects prior to dispatch. In the event of a balloon popping or deflation during delivery handled by us, a refund will be made. However, a replacement may not always be possible at that point.

• Flat Balloons (In the Package): Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused items, applicable only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). We would be happy to offer a refund, credit note, or exchange (less courier charges). Items must be returned to our address in Colombo 5.

9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Twinkles & Tassels website, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Twinkles & Tassels. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Twinkles & Tassels will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages arising from:

• Delivery delays
• Product defects or variations
• Incorrect information provided by the user

We are committed to providing the highest quality service and will work with you to resolve any concerns you may have.

11. User Responsibilities

When using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing an order.
• Refrain from using the website for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
